Our website and event promoters are not accountable for personal travel, accommodation, or hospitality arrangements made in relation to the event or its cancellation. In case of event cancellation, we will promptly refund the total ticket value, including booking fees.

The event owner or authorized merchant is solely responsible for any physical ticket collection arrangements.

For ticket collection at venue box offices, customers must present the original credit/debit card used for the transaction and/or valid photographic ID.

Admittance to events will only be allowed after the designated opening times specified on the tickets. Some shows may not permit latecomers until a suitable break.

A valid, unaltered ticket must be presented for entry. Any tampering with or defacement of the ticket may void its validity.

Please review your order/tickets for accuracy and promptly notify us of any mistakes. We will not be held accountable for issues arising from the booker's error. Venue-related issues will be communicated to you as soon as possible.

If necessary, the event owner may provide alternative seats of the same price category as printed on your ticket.

Unauthorized photography or recording may lead to confiscation of equipment and deletion of content if not authorized by the event organizers.

For security, safety, and the comfort of all attendees, event organizers reserve the right to refuse admission or eject attendees at their reasonable discretion, without compensation or refund.

Tickets are sold based on the headline artist's performance. Event organizers may alter guest/support artists without prior notice or liability, with no refunds or compensation for such changes.
